Director of Planning
Our client in the north end of the city is an emerging public company that is experiencing strong growth and innovation. This growth has led to a new role for a Director of Planning. In this critical role you will lead all planning and forecasting activities in addition to managing the annual budget and business analysis processes. You will interact with stakeholders to provide and improve financial planning, analysis and forecasting support to the business units. Other responsibilities will include analyzing and measuring the financial, operational and strategic impact of acquisitions and other business investments. You will lead a team of 2 direct reports.
Ideal candidates have a recognized accounting designation and 5+ yrs of senior level financial planning and analysis experience ideally in a midsized organization. Demonstrated success leading operating plans at the executive level and exposure to acquisition activity would also be assets.
