Our client, located in Southwest Ontario, is seeking a VP Finance to support the President & General Manager.  You will be responsible for all financial reporting and financial planning of the Company and in-depth analysis of financial information.  In addition, special projects are an area where you can be a valued business partner. Go beyond reporting the numbers; make the numbers meaningful and actionable.

You are a CA, CMA or CGA and have an affinity for change management and the ability to deal with many different people ranging from senior executives to branch employees.  You are hands on, proactive and take initiative to solve problems; you come with solutions. You excel at communication, both written and verbal and your track record is accomplishment-based. Preference will be given to those candidates from a MFG environment with exposure to R&D.
