Lease Auditor

Do you have hands-on Real-Estate industry experience, specifically working with complex leases?  Does the idea of joining a great Real Estate organization appeal to you?  If so, this opportunity may be the right one for you.

Our client, located in Markham is looking to add a Lease Auditor to their successful team.  This role involves the comprehensive review of all lease related charges including operating costs and property taxes to determine compliance with the lease. Additionally, you will communicate and negotiate with property managers and landlords to obtain more detailed information regarding the amounts charged and the recovery of overcharges.  Prior experience reviewing/auditing complex lease agreements is a must.  The ideal candidate can build strong working relationships across the organization, is system savvy (strong excel), and will take a hands-on and very proactive approach to adding value in this new role.
