Senior Payroll Specialist

Our client is a growing Canadian company expanding nationally as well as in the US through mergers and acquisitions.  They are currently recruiting a Sr. Payroll Specialist to process payroll for all their employees and assist in accounting tasks as required. 

The role will process payroll on ADP software, work closely with Finance and corporate HR and perform general accounting functions that are payroll related.   The position will also provide an opportunity to work on numerous projects; including process improvements, implementation of new systems, integration of new acquisitions and other automation projects.

In order to be considered for this role, you should have 5+ years of Canadian Payroll experience using ADP Pay@Work, and ideally People@Work .  PCP completed or in progress is preferred. Exposure to US payroll and general accounting are considered assets.  A great attitude, team player and strong communication skills are all required, as is the ability to work in a fast paced, growing and ever changing environment. Many exciting projects on hand.
