Senior Financial Analyst

Our client in the west end is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst.

As a key member of the Finance team, this individual will be responsible for providing financial expertise and business analysis support to a key business unit.  This individual will develop and maintain financial models to be used in results reporting, forecasting, analytical and planning processes. Effective communication is essential as this role works closely with the business unit, corporate and various other business unit personnel to produce complete, accurate and timely management reporting. This role also calls for expertise in developing and producing on-going periodic and ad hoc reporting in addition to the normal management reporting process.

Qualifications include a recognized accounting designation or MBA, 4 years of experience working in a finance role and someone who can work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.  The role requires superior systems skills and experience working in a project-based environment supporting a Technology team would also be considered an asset.
