Our Mississauga client is looking to add a Divisional Controller to their team! The Divisional Controller will contribute to the profitability of the division through financial reporting, planning and forecasting, analysis of divisional financial performance and making recommendations based on this analysis.
The successful candidate will also effectively manage reporting associates, ensuring productivity and standards are met through proper training and development and timely constructive performance management.
