Senior Corporate Accountant

Are you a Designated CA with 5 years work experience? Do you have an Undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or Business? Do you have Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and securities regulation? If so, then we may have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our Toronto client is looking to add a Senior Corporate Accountant to their team! Reporting to the CFO, you will work with a dynamic and driven accounting team and be responsible for ensuring the company’s internal and external financial reporting are accurate, timely and in accordance with established Accounting rules and regulations. The Senior Corporate Accountant will also be responsible for maintaining the company’s reporting policies and strong internal controls as well as ensuring compliance with corporate tax regulations.

The successful candidate should also have experience working with global tax policies and reporting, including cross-border transactions and transfer pricing, an understanding of Canadian tax compliance and a deep knowledge of preparing and reviewing income tax provision calculations.
