Plant Controller

Are you a season Plant Controller with experience overseeing the accounting and finance issues of a plant within a larger/international company?

Our client is a mid size international manufacturing and distribution company looking to hire a designated accountant to join their management team.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrative experience leading plant accounting and financial analysis in a very competitive industry.  Strong systems skills including advanced Excel skills are a must.

As the Plant Controller you will be responsible for overseeing the plant accounting for two of the Canadian manufacturing operations up to the preparation of financial statements and analysis.  You will also be responsible for working with plant operations to ensure educated business decisions are being made to maximize the profitability of the company.
