Internal Auditor

Our client, a publicly traded company located in the Mississauga area is looking for an internal auditor to join their audit team.  This role reports directly to the Director of Internal Audit.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Perform audit procedures

• Reviewing, analyzing evidence

• Identify and evaluating the organizations risk

• Develop and document audit issues and recommendations

 The ideal candidate will have an accounting/audit designation or in progress with minimum of 2-4 yrs. audit experience.  They will have very good communication skills (written and verbal), and be able to deal with many different people at all levels of the organization.  Travel is required.
