Jennifer Splaine is a Senior Search Consultant with The Mason Group. Prior to her joining the recruitment industry, Jennifer gained 15 years of experience in various progressive finance/accounting positions within the following industries: real estate, food distribution, IT and financial services. Jennifer brings both breadth and depth of experience to her recruiting career and approaches each assignment with an energetic compassion. She is able to recognize the unique strengths and characteristics of each candidate she meets, and can also quickly understand the needs and requirements of her clients, which gives her that essential ability to create synergy on each engagement.
In 1994, Jennifer graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics/Chartered Accountancy degree, and obtained her CA designation with KPMG in 1995.
