Reporting to the Financial Controller at the parent company, the Accounting and Administration Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to a subsidiary. Taking the lead, you will be developing and implementing policies and procedures for finance, administration and IT. With your proven record of creative problem-solving, change management and financial operations your entrepreneurial drive will take the lead in ensuring that the organization’s strategic goals are meet.
In this dynamic role you will be providing monthly financial information to parent company for preparation of consolidated financial statements, oversee all leases, contracts and other financial commitments, manage cash flow and banking relationships, collaborate with external auditors, tax filing government remittance and preparation of a small payroll.
- CPA CMA or CGA
- Manufacturing experience minimum 3 years
- Entrepreneurial Driven personality – Strong leadership and direct supervisory experience
- Payroll – ideally ADP
- Experience with ERP systems and integrated accounting systems
