You are a confident, articulate and approachable individual who loves to talk to people, help identify their pain point and then brainstorm the creation of a solution all the while mentoring and growing your staff to assist them in achieving their goals and aspirations.
Significant growth in this CPA firm, with very easy access off Hwy #1, has resulted in the creation of this unique and exciting new opportunity. Reporting to the Practice Leader, you will have the support of your team, but are comfortable drawing from your past experiences and rolling up your sleeves when necessary.
• A Canadian CPA designation, (any legacy), with current experience as a Senior Tax Manager or a minimum of 3+ years as a Tax Manager in a CPA firm.
• Completion of the In-Depth Tax Course, with a minimum of 5+ years of post-completion tax experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required along with the ability to be collaborative and persuasive.
• A proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• The ability to not take oneself too seriously
