Deborah Frieberg

Deborah Frieberg is a Talent Source with The Mason Group’s Contract Division. Prior to joining The Mason Group, Deborah spent seven years building a career in buying, selling, and merchandising, where she picked up many useful skills to compliment the recruitment business, such as forecasting, negotiating, relationship building, and networking.

The key to Deborah’s achievements has always been her natural aptitude to create strong relationships, while continually developing existing ones. She is innovative, versatile, and a motivated leader.

Deborah earned her Social Service Worker degree in Toronto, and then recently went on to get her yoga instructors’ certificate. Outside of work, Deborah enjoys running, yoga, hockey, and all sports in general. Deborah has participated in several half marathons, and is very dedicated to training.
