Tania Valamparampil

Tania Valamparampil is a Manager with The Mason Group Contract Division. Prior to becoming an accounting and finance recruiter, Tania worked within human resources for various organizations and sectors, such as banking, supply chain, non for profit and the government.

Tania’s education, background and experience has always been in human resources. More recently in her work, she has focused on recruitment and talent acquisition. She strives to build interpersonal relationships with her candidates and clients and loves to find the perfect fit for candidates, always aiming to match them with their ideal role. Tania’s experience with different sectors has allowed her to really understand the needs and requirements any business might have when looking to fill a position.

Tania earned her Bachelors in Human Resources Management from York University. During her free time, Tania likes to travel, shop, and listen to music, as well as spend time with her family and friends.
