Chanvir Khatkar

Chanvir Khatkar is a Senior Search Consultant at The Mason Group. She first stepped foot into the world of finance soon after graduation in 2015, where she worked at the corporate head office of a leading retailer as an Accounts Payable Analyst.

“Not only did I have a strong interest in the fast-paced and evolving environment of accounting, I had a passion for people,”

she quickly learned. Chanvir incorporated her passion into her career journey and soon began leading and managing teams as an Accounts Payable Team Lead.

Chanvir has extensive experience ranging from the retail, law, oil & gas, banking, and entertainment industries where she has led and supported her teams through daily operations and numerous ERP implementation processes. Her ability to not only drive and deliver results in her work, but to grow and develop relationships amongst her teams and colleagues, highlights her strength in pursuing meaningful work.

She earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a double minor in Business and Economics, from McMaster University. She loves exploring new restaurants downtown Toronto, is an avid traveller and a hot Pilates enthusiast.
