Nisha Bagdawala, CPA, CA is a Senior Search Consultant at The Mason Group. She started in the accounting and finance industry in 2014 at a large public accounting firm in the GTA, focused on engaging in audits, reviews, NTR’s and tax filings.

After years spent in accounting and finance, where she gained industry experience, Nisha was presented with the opportunity to become a recruiter with a large recruiting firm specializing in the placement of professionals in contract positions. That’s when she discovered her passion for recruitment.

It is because of this passion that Nisha continues to strive for success.

“Having the ability to help make a positive change in someone’s life is one of the most fulfilling achievements,” she says. “I also love getting to know people and building strong relationships with candidates.”

Nisha earned her Bachelor of Accounting as well as Masters of Accounting from Brock University. She’s a gym fanatic, stock market investor and car enthusiast. She loves going on road trips and to travel and experience the world.
