Preet Chilana, CPA, CMA

Preet Chilana is a Manager –  Permanent Search at The Mason Group. Prior to joining the accounting and finance recruitment industry, Preet managed Accounting teams for two Global Automotive organizations, as well as Canada’s largest pension fund. His strong work ethic and pragmatic approach to solving problems led to several key process improvements and automation initiatives in the industry.

Leading accounting teams for over 10 years has given Preet the ability to recruit top talent, resulting in high performing teams. At his past organizations, Preet was viewed as a trusted partner who works to build long-lasting relationships.

Preet completed his Honours of Business Administration degree specializing in Accounting at Wilfrid Laurier University. He then obtained his CPA, CMA designation in 2012.

He is an avid sports enthusiast who plays both hockey and soccer. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his family and friends.
