It feels good to change the life of an individual by placing them in their dream job, or change the fortunes of a corporation with a single hire. As a Senior Manager – Permanent Search with The Mason Group, Alicia’s done both.

Alicia’s experience as an accounting and finance professional, combined with her outstanding interpersonal skills, helps her create win-win situations for both clients and candidates. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Alicia worked in a variety of progressive accounting and finance positions within the Entertainment and Food Distribution industries.

Alicia’s all about the right attitude and it comes through in her thoughts. “A career in accounting and finance has the potential to be incredibly rewarding,” she says. “You can work in virtually any industry and open up doors you didn’t even know existed!”

She earned a diploma in Business Administration with an accounting major from Humber College, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University in Toronto and, in 2006, a Certified Management Accounting designation.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
