Diane Kerley, FCPA, FCMA

Diane Kerley is a Partner with The Mason Group and leads the firm’s specialized accounting and finance recruitment operations for the Greater Vancouver market. Prior to working in recruitment, Diane’s accounting experience included 10 years of senior management in both financial reporting and analytical roles within the Financial sectors.

She started her recruiting career in 2000 with a Fortune 500 multinational firm, and in 2008, joined a national recruitment agency. Known for her approachability and high level of customer service, Diane was the recipient of the People’s Choice award at the agency, in addition to being a top performer nationally.

Diane attributes her success to her ability to build and maintain relationships, and her passion for helping clients and candidates alike. “It’s all about matching the right personality and skill set with the right company and corporate culture.” she says.

Diane attained her CMA designation in 1991 and was awarded the FCMA in 2013. She served as an Executive on the final CMABC Board of Directors and was a member of the Transitional Steering Committee assisting with the merger to the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC). In June 2015 she was appointed to the inaugural Board of Directors for CPABC.

In her free time, Diane enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two crazy cats. She is also an avid (albeit bad) golfer and fitness enthusiast, which helps balance her enthusiasm for great food and wine.
