Lina Saoumaa is the Marketing Director at The Mason Group. Since joining the leading recruitment firm in 2013, she has completely rethought, revamped and rebooted its marketing strategy. Driven by her passion for her work, she is most talented at pinpointing the “need” and targeting the “solution”.
Over the course of her career with top multi-channel organizations in retail, loyalty and staffing and recruiting, she has proven to use consumer insights to create effective integrated marketing strategies. Fluent in French, English, Spanish and Arabic, she has globe-trotted her way from one major metropolis to the next, in Canada and the UK: In Montreal with Groupe Adonis Inc., Reitmans and Aeroplan, in London with The White Company and in Toronto with Hallmark Canada and now The Mason Group.

Lina earned her Bachelor of Commerce specialized in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the Iberoamericana University of Mexico City. A bookworm since childhood, she added bedtime stories to her library when she entered motherhood in 2012. She cherishes time spent with family and friends and enjoys alone-time working out.
